Can't open Chrome after starting ESO?

    There is no way this is due to cheating. IF and the is a HUGE IF they need to restart explorer.exe and CORRUPT MY OS, then why do it AFTER I LOG OUT????

    You allow this process to run the entire time I am logged into the game so no, the excuse of "security" doesn't fly guys.

    IDK why the ZOS representative would lie about it. If they say it's for security, then we either have to accept it or move on. Granted, it seems more like a hack to restart Windows functions against your will when you log out.... but I guess that's the best thing they could come up with.
