✭✭✭✭✭I can see no reason why Explorer needs to restart on quitting if Chrome is still working.
They said it was to prevent cheating, and you are stuck with it.

You allow this process to run the entire time I am logged into the game so no, the excuse of "security" doesn't fly guys.0 -

IDK why the ZOS representative would lie about it. If they say it's for security, then we either have to accept it or move on. Granted, it seems more like a hack to restart Windows functions against your will when you log out.... but I guess that's the best thing they could come up with.0
