Actually when going through a door, or how near to a few objects & determine the camera angle it sometimes goes in fpv, though this something I been noticing a few times years before this update. But yeah, what shown in the above video is bad.
Here's my somewhat recreation of the video above (ignore the few frame skipping) with a controller & you notice it isn't happening bad to me:

Every character i have experiences this issue. I use all classes, all races, stam/mag,no addons, pc/na.i do notice it seems to happen more often on a tank character. Also i found it happens in dungeons and smaller spaces. For example, i kited a few dungeon bosses to the center of a room and it happens less frequently. Clipping/collision issue?
Yes I submitted a bug report while on PTS last week about this..
I tested with my main's copy on the first week of PTS, then again with a fresh character on the third week. Exact same camera settings as LIVE.
My settings are
Sens: 35
FOV: 70
Horizontal Alignment1: -100
Horizontal Alignment2: 100
Height: 60
I've tried changing all these, to no effect.
I play in third Person view.
On live last week, the behaviour on the camera was normal as I am used to it for the past 3 years. When camera collides with objects behind me, it moves it closer to me by following the contours of that object.
The "following of the contours" of objects behind me no longer works. (Smoothing) perhaps? (it's set to ON)
While on PTS, it was happening to me if I zoomed BETWEEN 7 notches away from "Automatic First Person" mode up to 1 notch away. (Closest you can get it to zoom to your character before it switches to first person mode as of last week on Live)
Exactly what the video from Diora above shows.
I can't play like this. I will be back when it's fixed. Sorry
That's a very small amount of people so far and this fact gives me anxiety.
Having this issue too, would be nice if it gets fixed faster than the Night's Silence bug. Atm the game is unplayable for me because of these camera issues.

Field of View: 130
Horizontal Position: 0
Horizontal Offset: 0
Vertical Offset: -60
To demonstrate, zoom the camera to about 1/2 way between fully in (first person) and fully out.
Then, walk a couple meters away from a lamppost or something and slowly pan the camera until the lamppost starts to intrude upon your view. The view will snap instantly to first-person.
