At least until ZOS fixes it this will do. I just tested it on a world boss and a dozen or so various mobs and no issues with the camera.

This addon looks pretty... hmm.. comprehensive.
Did it fix the issue for you 'out of the box' or there was 'fiddling' involved?

Did it fix the issue for you 'out of the box' or there was 'fiddling' involved?
Out of the box it worked perfectly for me. I've tried it on two characters and both had the camera issues previously as seen in the video I posted earlier. \
Now all is good. Still though, ZOS needs to fix this. We shouldn't need an old Addon to correct something introduced from a patch.

Hello, to update on this; I found that putting the vertical offset to lower than -44 reproduces this bug instantaneously.
@ZOS_GinaBruno since you replied already in this thread that the team found this difficult to reproduce, I'm forwarding this information with a tag as well. There seems to be a threshold around there that if one goes under it, the bug comes into effect.
