The Elder Scrolls Online v7.3.3 contains several more fixes and adjustments for the Ascending Tide dungeons and High Isle Prologue Quest, some fixes for housing, and adjustment for the Nunatak Monster Mask, and a change to how Museum Achievements function with the upcoming Account Wide Achievements. The size of this patch is approximately 205MB.

    Museum Achievements
    In order to allow characters to participate in finding each museum’s objects and obtain the reward for doing so, we’re making all museum Achievements character-based rather than account-wide. We are continuing to explore a better solution to this problem but wanted to ensure you can at least continue earning these rewards on all characters in the meantime.

    • Coral Aerie
      • General
        • Increased the health and damage of Ascendant Defenders.
        • Reduced the health of Ascendant Bulwarks.
        • Increased the health for S’zarzo.
        • S’zarzo’s Bulwark ability will no longer retaliate based on Damage over Time, weapon and armor procs, or Area of Effect abilities.
        • Your character will now always animate when affected by the Bulwark ability.
        • Werewolves will now animate properly when dispelling Arcane Wards.
        • The Abyssal Passage ability will now always move player characters who use the synergy.
        • Muted movement sound effects on Alchemical Globules to fix a persistent audio issue.
      • Maligalig
        • Maligalig will now always attack player characters regardless of how the encounter is started.
      • Sarydil
        • You can now always dodge the Blast Powder ability as intended.
        • Sarydil will now wait a bit longer after having her Pinpoint ability interrupted before she starts attacking again.
        • The Hunters Mark effect for Aperature will now fade from targets much faster when Sarydil transitions to a new phase of the encounter.
    • Shipwright’s Regret
      • General
        • Corrected some typos in the Wright of Passage quest journal entries.
        • Za’ji is now a little more deft on the upper walkways of Shipwright’s Regret.
        • Za’ji can no longer appear in multiple places at once.
        • Your character will now play the correct “break free” animation when CC breaking from the Storm-Cursed Sailor’s Induction ability.
        • All players will now receive the full benefit of the Maiden’s Protection effect when it is granted.
        • The Earthen Blast and Barrage abilities used by Lurchers will no longer overlap.
        • Increased the health and damage for Gorra.
        • Added sound effects to the Lost Maiden’s Tears ability.
        • The Shrouded Axeman will no longer cast his Release the Hounds ability while he cannot be targeted.
        • The Shrouded Axeman’s Lacerate ability now makes sound when hitting player characters.
      • Foreman Bradiggan
        • Foreman Bradiggan will no longer repeat his introduction dialogue multiple times.
      • Nazaray
        • Nazaray will now cast Untamed Kindred at least once during the fight.
        • The Combust ability will now only affect players in the designated telegraph area.
        • The Dark Blast, Cyclone Shear, and Windfall abilities now correctly deal magical damage.
        • The Giant Body Snatcher Wasp’s Stinge ability now has a more prominent telegraph.
        • Kindred Spirits will no longer display ability telegraphs while they are dead.
      • Captain Numirril
        • Player characters knocked down by Numirril or his Drowned Hulks will now always animate correctly.
        • Bilepools created during the encounter will no longer damage your character before they are visible.
        • The “Battered” effect from Numirril can no longer be purged.

    Monster Masks
    • Nunatak: Updated this set to apply its debuff stacks more consistently, and now applies Major Brittle on a target that has 4 debuff stacks, no longer requiring the target to also be immobilized.
      Developer Comment:
      We have been keeping a close eye on the Monster Mask Nunatak as it’s the debut for the Major Brittle debuff. As we wanted the set to be a zoning tool in PvP, the debuff was originally tied to the immobilization. Going through the feedback, though, we saw this set had missed its intended mark as gaining any form of Snare Immunity made avoiding the debuff and immobilize trivial.

      To bring Nunatak closer to its intended goal of a PvP mask focused on zone control, it has been updated to apply a debuff stack any time it deals damage, and to apply Major Brittle when the stack count reaches 4. The snare strength is still dictated by the stack count and can be negated by Snare Immunity, but standing in the area for the whole duration is no longer just a minor nuisance.

    Trial Sets
    • Bahsei's Mania: Fixed an issue where this set's tooltip displayed its maximum bonus was still 15%, rather than the new 12% value.

    • Reconnecting to the game from a crash while in a house will now correctly direct you to the house you were in, instead of to a random player's house (don’t worry, this was only ever an issue on the PTS).
    • Teleporting to a group member in a house from another instance no longer occasionally results in group members being unable to see each other.

    Furnishings
    • Fixed an issue where certain furnishings would sometimes appear previewed with different camera angles in the placement and retrieval tabs of the housing editor.
    • A spooky mannequin no longer appears in the second seat of the Fleethoof Pillion Steed when previewed in the housing editor.
    • Fixed a slight issue with the "Brittle-Vein Coral, Cluster" furnishing where textures were slightly off and collision was slightly mismatched.
    • Fixed an issue where the "Fargrave Wall, Interior" Furnishing was slightly off-center when placed.

    Homes
    • The water barrier visuals now correctly appear in the Seaveil Spire viewing chamber.
    • Very slightly deepened two of the interior water pools in Seaveil Spire.

    High Isle Prologue
    • Ascending Doubt
      • You will no longer be able to interfere with other players’ hidden chests while on this quest.
    • A King’s Retreat
      • Updated the map and compass pin during the quest step to travel to Windhelm.
      • You will no longer be incorrectly guided to look behind your character after speaking with Delric.
      • Removed a redundant quest pin above the Ascendant Champion’s head.
      • You can no longer talk to Valessea before a certain NPC dies.
      • You will now be directed correctly during the quest step “Go to Lady Arabelle’s camp.”
      • Valessea will no longer walk away mid-conversation at the start of this quest.
      • Fixed an issue where Valessea would become unresponsive if you interacted with her too quickly.
      • Lowered the quest pin for the Dispelling Powder so it’s not so high into the sky.
      • Delric will now properly spawn for everyone when you share this quest with groupmates.

    Gamepad Mode
    • Fixed an issue where the Gamepad screenshot mode could not be fully used with a keyboard input.
