Battlemage:
"During the beta, the Battlemage was planned to be the sixth player class. Along with the Warden, it was scrapped at launch in favor of the four standard classes, though the Warden class later returned to the game in Update 14. Some remnants of the class still exist within the files, including icons and a few errant strings. Destruction, Two-Handed, Alteration, and Mysticism were skill lines associated with the class, back when the familiar schools of magic were still used in the game."

I never knew about this and now I’m intrigued!

Due to what has been released and where dlcs have been I will say we should see a Bard or Swashbuckler/Pirate. We had warden in EP Vvardenfell, Necromancer in AD Elsweyr, so all that's left is DC and since breatons have the new dlc coming and orcs had Orsininum; that leave our good ol' Redguards. Now think what would be best to give them. I think Pirate/Swashbuckler since it would be a nice callback to the old Daggerfall game. So that's my theory, mostly believe a pirate but I could see bard.
Other classes I'd like to see is; mechanist, artificer, and bard or swashbuckler depending on which one is used for the next class.
Then every year..., i hope-vote for a "Monk". Dc - Breton - Monk, perfect!
With active counter-skills, awesome!
IMO Berserker, Battlemage, Pirate/swashbuckler aren't classes, they're playstyles. They can be covered with existing class/guild skills and gear. That said, most 'classes' I can think of that could be added also fall under a similar umbrella.
What would be nice, as has been mentioned, would be a martial arts skill line (so anyone can use it currently), and it could be both magica and stamina based with morphs etc. A one hand and rune skill line has also been mentioned before. Personally, I'd rather see either/both of those ideas implemented over another (somewhat flavourless, now, with the changes) class.

A bard? What!? How does that work

I thought the same thing before I started playing D&D, but now I think a bard would be an awesome new class. It would be a very utility / support-heavy class if they stick close to the subject matter. A bard can essentially infuse magic into the power of song / melody for a variety of beneficial or damaging purposes.
Someone more familiar with Bards in an ESO context feel free to hop-in.
