I am not receiving emails from Bethesda in relation to my ESO account

Whenever I try to log in, on the website or in the launcher, they prompt me with an access code that they say will be sent to my email address. Cool whatever, so I wait, and after an hour I get nothing, even tried to make a ticket and still no email confirmation or anything. I jump onto the forums and it asked me to reset password, I got the email in seconds and here I am. Why can't I get emails from anything ESO related, I tried all the suggestions given on the website about not receiving access codes and even made a ticket but got no emails at all.
