Cyro PvP, rarely see any Sorc pets outside the occasional healing bird on a dedicated healer. Bar space is at such a premium in Cyro and PvP Sorc bars are packed, mag or stam. Here's an idea, let's make an exception for Sorc pets, give them 4 morphs, the 2 that exist now, and then 2 that are nearly identical except set duration, no cast time, and can be single barred and used like a normal ability (like Necro pets). For what builds exactly? I play magsorc DD, magsorc interrupter DD, stamsorc DD, sorc tank, sorc heal, solo sorc and PvP sorc. Only one of those setups (magsorc PvP) doesn't use a pet.

*vomits blood*
So, here's the thing about the Clanfear that, apparently, isn't really common knowledge. It's the Sorc Tank's click heal. The Clanfear was broken for years (it scaled with mag, but dealt physical damage), and no one really seemed to care because the primary use case is for tanking and PvP.
Put that on a character with 50k health, and that is a massive heal. The clanfear is actually kind of vital for that entire archetype. Turn that into a HoT, and you would straight up kill sorc tanking.
