Question Related to Crystal Weapon Change.

If can be made so that Crystal and Elemental Weapon buffs overwrite each other...

Why are we still dealing with 2-6 stacked up radiating regenerations and echoing vigors?

    tbf it's pretty hard to stack both of those at the same time in live combat unless you're ganking someone. I see crushing/ele weapon getting a damage buff in the future to try and encourage stam players to play a ranged spec with like an inferno or bow or something, so having the damage stack then would be pretty insane

    Reality: Cross healing is out of control. Resolving Vigor was nerfed years ago because of situations where stamina players were stacking it on their team too frequently. ZOS nerf hammered the skill and made it only target the user, but left Echoing Vigor at 1/3 the heals per second as an "option", resulting in stamina players becoming solo, selfish players with no way to help their team. Not a single person outside a buff bot is going to use Echoing Vigor over Resolving Vigor because it's 1/3rd the value. What you're left with is 90% of Stamina players using Rally + Resolving Vigor, aka no off healing..

    After years of changes including base character buffs, battlespirit changes, and class changes, Magicka toons (primarly Mag Sorc/Mag Plar) are outputting so much off healing that their damage/healing numbers are matched in BGs. With 1 press of a button they can heal 10-15k from ranged on an ally or themselves, couple that with using Radiating Regen(because Rapid never hits yourself) and Ritual. The amount of utility you can provide for your team is insane without actually needing to be a dedicated healer. These all skills they would use in every situation anyway which was exactly why Vigor was nerfed.

    ZOS's point of view: Healing is way too high for some reason. Nerf battlespirit across the board by -20%.

    So yeah I completely agree, something needs to be done about off healing I just hope ZOS notices where the problem lies and doesn't further reduce healing across the board which is just going to tank the classes that already have a difficult time healing THEMSELVES as is.

    A seperate reduction on battlespirt to off healing would be a great start, an additional -20% or something like that so you're still able to heal yourself properly, while reducing off healing AND not touching any part of PVE in the process.

    And do nothing about the DK self heal problem either.

    Given the way ball groups work it would IMHO be much better if the number of healing skills (including are and over time) were limited either when they were cast or per tick. It wouldn't materially affect PvE if you could only be healed by three things (or maybe 3 people) at once but it would significantly reduce the ability of the ballgroups with 6 healers spamming heals to be quite so unkillable.

    Some stronger defile / healing blocks would also help - right now it's mostly limited to dropping negate on a group.

    Stay focus on the thread title.

    Weapon crystal change has to be in deeper ways as we have its little copy named imbue weapon from psijic skill lines.

    2 spam skills with same animation and purpose and mechanic...please ZOS you miss some originality.

    Let us players help you 🤗

    First: Decide which skill stay and which change completely.

    Second: Rework based on roleplay and lacks in the skill lines.

    I would change completely crystal weapon as an instant target skill up to 10m range snaring of 50% for 3sec.

    Echoing Vigor got nerfed, it only stacks up to three times. Or is this bugged and it stacks infinitely again?

    Cap the amount of radiating regen instances one can be affected by at the same time to 2 and make rapid regen a self heal similar to vigor.

    Does not harm PvE at all but finally limits the absurd survivability a group can achieve simply by cycling through radiating regen casts.
