I wish delves where daily questing is involved were smaller at least. Or maybe that the objectives in them were fewer. Like, fetch 1 thing close to the entrance, instead of 3 spread out all over the place.

That's my only objection to the delve size. I wish they didn't insist on taking you all throughout the entire delve every time for the daily. We're supposed to be doing these quests 30 times after all. These are just fetch quests so there's no need for them to traverse as much terrain as story quests that send you inside the delve. I think the story quests do benefit from the larger size though.
So I wouldn't change the size persay, but make most of the daily quests in the first room with maybe one of the batch being to kill the boss of one of the delves, whichever is the least annoying to traverse the 30th time.
