Character Creation Screen Question

Is there any way to create a character with max skill points the way we did in the Blackwood and previous updates? All of my existing toons for regular game were copied over/exported to the PTS. But none of them are at the max CP cap. I was hoping to do some what if toon build scenarios for the new chapter. Was there some menu on the screen that I missed to max the CP in character creation process?

Also is it normal to have clones of all your toons with their current CP levels exported to the PTS? I don't recall seeing any of my toons at the PTS character login screen. Only the test toons I created were visible. I'm trying not to get paranoid here but the last time ZoS made the PTS update official (as with the Blackwood chapter) I had a character that was missing an item or two. 0 -

✭✭✭Just curious, are you on NA or EU?
NA has character transfer first, so EU is new templates. EU transfer will be later.

They can only copy over 1 server at a time. At the moment it's a copy of the NA server, at some point it will be replaced with a copy of the EU server. So if you don't have any characters on NA (or didn't at the time the copy was made) you won't see any characters.PC EU player | She/her/hers | PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!

I'm on NA. Had to recreate a new char and then the option to pick the 3600CP was showing up in upper left screen corner. Must've been a glitch I guess.
@Danikat: Yes they're showing up now in addition to my new test PTS one. I just hope when ZoS makes the new chap official on the regular server, that I don't lose any items on the regular game servers like last time.
I lost a chest (the small one you get as a reward for leveling up at Level 17). It was literally DELETED from my main home (Alinor town house) on the REGULAR (and not PTS) server where I'd left it on the floor. To date, I don't understand HTH this could've happened. Seeing that the PTS gets a copy of your regular toons/game progression and NOT the other way around?? This was a pain because it took ages going back and forth with CS to resolve this. Thankfully I didn't have any items stored in it.
So when this new chapter goes live, I'm removing all my chests and storage furniture from my homes for safe keeping. I'd really, really REALLY hate to have this happen again >,<0
