This is just my hope for the next expansion after High Isle.
I'd love a unarmed skill line that has punch/kick abilities, and a polearm (quarterstaff/spear) skill line as well. Both would go well with the addition of a monk style class too!
That is all

Some Unarmed Magicka abilities already exist in the game for NPC mobs, so we're at least half way there for that!
Idk...I can't take seriously unnarmed in all of TES series...imho, it's just a skill for fun, not viable enough, though in TES3 it was more viable than in TES4-5, if my memory serves me right.
But anyway, I prefer Battlemage class(1h wep+magic\rune in other).
No. Just, no. World of Warcraft is that way ---->

stams already have problems because of all the insta kill aoes that im not sure why this game isnt called staff scrolls online.
But the issue is, a fighter skill line would have 0 ranged skills. Unless z adds a summon shadow that teleports to enemy and punches it and a punch that throws wind that deals damage, but the game woukd look a bit anime
A spear skill line would just be templar 2.0
Polearm woukd just be two handed 2.0
And these 2 would require z to make weapons for all existing motifs.
The best option would be one handed sword n rune or magic. (Battlemage)

it was the opposite, hand to hand sucked in Morrowind and was better in Oblivion. Morrowind hand-to-hand didn't do damage until the target was depleted of fatigue, oblivion hand to hand just did damage like a normal attack.in TES3 it was more viable than in TES4-5, if my memory serves me right.
