Cyrodiil Lag

Since cyrodill has been plagued with lag for some years now, I've moved to Imperial City for PvP and making gold from telvar. Lately the lag [snip] has moved to Imperial city, eveythimg stops and then it speeds up and then I'm dead. ZOS has gone down hill so fast with performance the its not even fun playing anymore. I really don't think it'll get any better.
