Houses: Erstwhile Sanctuary as actual Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary, Hunter's Glade as werewolf tavern (downstairs), Strident Springs Demesne as adventurer's house.
Wishlist: ascension to the ruby throne music box, atronach trader, aetherial well, attunable stations (have 14/80 sets collected), molten war torte and white gold war torte recipes.26 -

✭✭✭✭✭Bird of Prey, put these around Grand Psijic Villa sky line, makes it look like the birds haplessly got captured by the magic bubble that keeps it sunny all day. You can do other houses too, but they would seem out of place being stuck in one spot and not flapping their wings.2 -

That’s certainly a better idea than MY Psijic… which has soooooo many paintings already floating in the air - it nearly completely obscures the stunning Artaeum view. Lol.

Edit: I have never sold or destroyed a furnishing I have farmed in the wild… no matter how common - I have it stored somewhere - let alone paintings… apparently.
