Player Home Light Producing Furniture is Broken

I've been trying to decorate Tel Galen over the holidays, and truth be told, I'm still in the early stages of it... however, I've been frequently encountering a very frustrating bug in which light emitting items no longer function.
This include lights that can be toggled, as well as permanent lighting objects (glowing mushrooms, etc.).
Fairly frequently, upon fast travel to the home, I encounter this problem. Nothing seems to fix it, sometimes removing the item and replace it works, as does toggling the item on/off if that's an option - but this is completely impractical for a full decorated home.
This also seems to be more prominent in Tal Galen specifically, as I haven't noticed this issue in most of my other homes at all (though 90% of my time has been in Tel Galen over the last couple weeks).
Housing is one of the only reasons I still play ESO, and generally the only reason I put any money into this game - I expect better than broken basic functionality.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any solutions or work arounds?

✭✭✭✭Oh man how annoying!!Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -
G1Countdown✭✭✭✭✭This issue is still ongoing (PC/NA). Grand Topal Hideaway is also having issues. None of my Varla stones are lighting up. And, I cannot turn those off and on again.... They are just off.
I have candles in other homes that are lit, but once again no light.
This lighting issue is now becoming a common conversation in the housing guild I am in. This bug has been around too long.
@zos, Please assist. And, please don't wait till the next major update to fix this. Many player homes are literally dark.

✭✭✭Forgemasters Falls is available again but I cannot see spending any crowns on homes if this isn’t fixed or even acknowledged at this point. I cannot bring myself to decorate in my other dark houses.
I have included a lot of information in the other post I linked above that should help at least on PS server. This was not a problem on PS4 but it is a perpetual one on PS5, so it will become a greater issue as more players migrate to the newer hardware.

davidtk✭✭✭✭✭PC/EU Hall of the Lunar Champion house have similar problem with special lights. Just enter "Lion's Cradle" wing and go back to main hall. All effects are turned off. You must leave house and re-enter house to make lights effects work again.Really sorry for my english0 -

I went to Forgemaster Falls and previewed the furnished house and only the braziers were working properly, the chandeliers and candles and fires did not have a glow around them. No sale for me for sure then.

The lighting bug that I experienced above was fixed some time later, not sure exactly when.
