Which class got the best spammable?

As the title says what are the best class spammable atm in terms of damage, utility and ease of use?

Due to only having 10 options I had to pick mostly base skills unfortunately, and I don't have room left for weapon and guild spammables.
If any not mentioned is in your prefered spammable please write it out in the comment section.

You don't.... at least not accurately.

I've only used 4 of the items on the list and would be biased into saying Lava Whip since I use it the most, however I know just how powerful Puncturing Strikes and Veiled Strike can be.

The drawback is it can be difficult to weave in and out of LA because its a channeled attack, but overall its cost effective, does AOE damage, and the magicka version heals.

Crystal Frags is second place because of the chance to proc off itself, great opener and cycling through other spells can keep it going for more procs. The stamina version is great when combined with Empower, Crushing Weapon, and with a Bow for an over buffed LA.

the best was crystal blast, like puncturing strike, but even long-range.
Since it was removed, gameplay is less fun for me.

Others are not exactly as simple as puncturing strikes, as they usually require a combination of 2 skills.
E.g. 2x fiery breath, then lava whip.
Or skelettal blastbones, then flaming skulls.
Such combinations give you more options though to use the best combo depending on the type of enemy.
Different gameplay, not "worse or better".

Pretty much the same. They act mostly the same, feel exactly the same. Not really much of a difference, which is kind of how ZoS wants it.

Lava Whip (and its Morphs) (DK)

For me it came down between flame whip and puncturing strikes.
-Whip is currently the only spammable in the game where both morph are useful on all damage spec's, in all content(that you can enter melee), not to mention the skill weaves like a dream. The Molten whip's searing hate mini game is fun, buffing all your weapon and spell damage while you apply your non-ardent flame skills, and increasing your whips damage by an impactful amount. If you have access to a source of off balance or immobilize, flame lash can also provide a decent bust window, that also provides great healing.
-Puncturing strikes is probably one of the worst weaving skills, and the buff from the stamina morph is underwhelming. But the skill just does so much damage in single target and AoE, that you may not even notice you lost those relequin stacks. This skill is probably the only thing keeping the class as whole afloat.

Crystal Shards (and its Morphs) (Sorc)

I would guess everyone has their own opinion based on which classes they play.
I have a DK but he's a tank, so whip need not apply
I have a MAGden, and a STAMden, and while it's effective to me Dive just feels so cheap to use
Crystal Shards on my Sorc felt more rewarding for some reason, tho I wouldn't call it the best

I only play Mag Sorc and strongly dislike Crystal Fragments. It's very wonky due to the 0.8s cast time.

I'm not familiar with the other class spammables. Therefore, I didn't vote.

Ranked by damage/dps crystal shards is the strongest spammable in game, followed by lava whip.
Any ranged skill has by default more utility than a melee skill.
Any skill that is a simple cast rather than a channel is easier to use.
Honestly, I'm baffled how puncturing strikes gets the most votes as it clearly isn't best on any of the three criteria selected in the opening post...

In terms of power jabs is the best but visually death scythe is the greatest. It's just so sad how weak the stam version is, the magicka morph is at least get used by tanks but the stam version gets completely overshadowed by cleave and carve. It could have been the perfect spammable for a stam necro but instead we got the stupid skulls which also nobody uses on stam. Hope someday they do something cool with the stam version and make it a good spammable.

I could only imagine how amazing it would feel for every class to have an ability that was so viscerally satisfying to utilize as sweeps and jabs.

It is engaging- you have to keep the enemy or enemies in your cone. This requires constant adjustment, which actively draws you into the fun of the ability.

The closest thing I can think of to this is the 'stack' abilities such as nightblade's proc, crystal frags, and dk whip. Those abilities, though, are more about reacting to them coming online than engaging the user while using them..

Sweeps doesn’t even make sense. By the time you lay down shards, wall of elements, solar barrage, purifying light. You get like 2 maybe 3 sweeps in before you gotta reload. It’s melee range, is effected weirdly by CP tree and to optimize you gotta use duel wield or lightning staff, does not mesh up with Jesus beam as far as buffs go, plus it’s clunky.

With a nightblade every other rotation you are able to get 4 swallow souls in before a spectral bow. It’s just very easy to fit into such a dynamic rotation of counting to 5. It has range, fits in perfectly with the CP tree and class execute and you are able to optimally use a flame staff with it.

Obviously just talking magicka here.

Sweeps is ridiculous in that it can put out similar damage to blastbones, (every second not 3) PLUS the burning light passsive which is like wearing a proc set, PLUS heals for 40%... PLUS snares...

PLUS removes NBs from stealth effectively rendering most magblades and many stamblades completely impotent, i.e dead

Best spammable by far.

Jabby Jabs all day long. I main sorc, and frag brings the speedster play style to a screeching halt with that cast time. And the utility of the skill is not that great compared to others in PvE. In PvP it’s way too slow, over telegraphed, and rarely hits because it is very easy to dodge. That said Magsorc is pretty weak in PvP right now. Would love for base frag to be instant and give better utility. Maybe cost reduction w/guaranteed crit for mag or a DoT(oblivion damage). Idk why sorcs can’t deal oblivion damage. The damage buff from the instant proc is easily shrugged off if the player doesn’t dodge it.

But I think we are missing some spammables as weapon skill spammables and elemental weapons.

I think its puncturing strikes. But I dont think that they are insanely overpowered and need a drastic nerf. They are just a really good spammable with plenty of utility.

I think in the optimal situation the second best are Sorcs Crystal Shards.

They are lacking 2 things to be best: cleave and / or instant. Thats why Sorcs are bad at AOE damage compared to other classes and it can be lackluster (because of interuptability) which makes you loose plenty of damage or needs at least a second spammable. In the later case crystal shards are only used as a inferior version of Blastbones or Shalks (both similar damage, both aoe).

But right now they are sometimes even worse than other spammables (if you get interrupted or need cleave).

Even not mentioneing the wonkiness of weaving it (but you can still get used to it) and the bar swap bug it often triggers (especially if you arent used to weaving / bar swapping).

Cast time skills arent that much better. Especially because of that bar swap bug. Except if you are using Crystal Fragments only when procced, but in this case crystal fragments arent any more a real spammable, like blastbones and shalks.

Also I wouldnt see difficulty in usage necessarily as the most important factor here, because people can get used to difficult stuff and then it even doesnt matter at all if it doesnt hinder you. But non procced cast time Crystal Fragments with the possible bar swap bug arent the easiest spammable either.

Also being range helps, especially in the beginning, but for most content melee works well too, especially in organized groups, you are still standing close behind the enemy / boss. Also puncturing strikes have a little higher range than melee.

You could argue that puncturing strikes are content depend but nonetheless they are great.
