Containers Drop Treasure Maps Now?

I have looted "containers" in this game thousands of times. Both free looting and stealing and I have never got treasure maps from them. I have a spreadsheet with drop % of items too that I was working on over a year or 2 ago. On that spreadsheet it never shows any treasure map drops.
Yet just 20-30 mins ago, I got 2 treasure maps, almost back to back from a cabinet or wardrobe and then another from a desk. These came from the upstairs room in that Mansion in Leyawwin that is good to loot.
Can anyone else confirm or test getting Treasure Maps recently from containers?
This is either a new stealth update or I am bugged or something lol.
