Unlink and relink steam account

Hello, I find now there is a unlink with steam button in the official eso account. But I just wonder If I unlink the current linked steam account, will it be possible to link another steam account afterwards?

You have to buy another steam eso account and it will prompt you on which one to use with steam as you can only use one.
