Can someone explain scaling to me??

I noticed with armors and Food/Drinks and potions that I never get the amount it says.

For instance if I use a food that says Max health 4462 Max Magicka 4105 and Max Stamina 4105
Scaled based on your level

I am the highest level with 1366cp
So that should mean I get the max out of everything right?

But instead I get health 3937 magicka and stamina 3622

Is this a mistake?

I tihnk it's buggy cause they cap food/drink at cp150,so you'll never see max on some foods.They really need to either add cp160 foods/drinks,or fix the scaled ones.

There was at one time a bug with the UI display of food/drink amounts - I don't know if that's still a problem or not....

It depends on food/drink lvl.

If it has 150cp you will always have few points lacking. In case of Lava or Ghastly with lvl 1, even more

I tried it with the highest like the sugar skulls I get the exact same amount.
Does that mean that is then the same for everyone?
