Cyrodiil dolmens won't start

Me and wife have done some skyshard hunting and dolming in Cyrodiil on XBox One, and up until yesterday it worked fine, but today in the Blackreach Campaign they have suddenly stopped spawning. There is just a fluorescent blue line on the ground where the cultists use to stand. We've been waiting for a long time but nothing happens and tried more than one dolmen, logged out and in, left the campaign and re-entered.

    A couple of months later but I am also having problems waiting for a Cyrodiil dolmen to spawn.

    Just wondering, is this because Cyrodiil dolmens now run on the same system as other zones, "1 dolmen active at a time"?

    That works a lot better in the regular game zones for the following reasons:

    (1) You can teleport across the WHOLE zone with wayshrines, once you've unlocked them
    (2) Running / galloping distance is shorter, from nearest wayshrine to dolmen
    (3) There are only three dolmens in the PVE zones
    (4) The fact that these zones ARE quest and PVE-focused - plus the daily Fighters Guild quests (augmented by the fact of boosting Mirri's reputation, or the Fighters Guild skills of all companions) - means that there are nearly always people looking to clear the active one.

    The above SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK in Cyrodiil, even if designed, that way, because:

    (1) Teleportation across the zone just doesn't exist. Transitus shrines only work in zones you control, which is probably not all the map.
    (2) Even if you get to the keep that's closest to the dolmen you want, the actual distance across the ground is far greater compared to the regular game.
    (3) 10 dolmens a zone, means that even if they were getting cleared regularly, unless they were in strict rotation it could potentially take ages - literally days of real time - before the one *you* want actually spawns
    (4) And the fact that the zones are PVP-focused means that very few people are even interested in clearing the dolmens anyway - and if you succeed in clearing one, it could take forever to actually get to the next one. Even the Fighters Guild dailies do not send one to the dolmens of Cyrodiil, so there is simply no motivation for most players of Cyrodiil to go there.

    Given the distances involved, the number of dolmens, and the shortage of players to even consider doing them, Cyrodiil's dolmens really ought to return to being what they were before - i.e. independent of each other, and spawning when a player approaches unless they have been cleared too recently (e.g. less than 10 minutes ago). They are too far apart to justify playing them the same way as regular-zone dolmens.

    Dolmens in Cyrodiil run now just as all other dolmens do. The issue is, no one runs dolmens in Cyro.

    Only 1 dolmen will be active at a time. Until that one is taken down, another will not spawn.

    If you have discovered all of the dolmen locations, you can use one of the 2 wayshrines to see which dolmen is active. It is tedious but at least you can eventually finish all the dolmens.

    My point is that they SHOULD NOT work the same way as dolmens elsewhere, precisely because of the distances involved and the lack of teleportation ability. This is a change that needs to be reverted.
