Dark Fissure In Stonefalls

Does anyone know if they removed the Dark Fissure outside the Harbourage? I haven't seen it spawn in the last few days when I'm close. I even waited 15 mins one time lol....

I saw it a while back, last time I was on an EP character to do whichever quest it was at the Harborage. Haven't been back there since, don't play EP much.

I have tried to spawn it and still can't. This makes me sad as I had the perfect route for my chars during the Halloween event. You see, strangely enough those dark fissures count as Public Dungeon Boss kills - thus the special Dremora Plunder Skull.

My route was:

1 - Teleport to house in Ebonheart.
2 - Run/Swim to Daen Seeth Dolman to the NE.
3 - Run to Shipwreck Strand for the Mudcrab Boss.
4 - Run to Inner Sea Armature for Delve Boss.
5 - And finally that Dark Fissure near the harbourage.

So I guess now, since I can't get that to spawn I will have to run to Crows Wood and kill an actual Public Dungeon boss lol.

For cases like Dolmens, Geysers, and maybe Harrowstorms there is always one active somewhere in that zone and at the very least, Dolmens follow a pattern so it may just be no one is doing the other zone dolmens so others cant activate.

I'm not talking about Dolmans, they respawn every 10-15 mins as far as I can tell.

Are you meaning Dark Fissures? If so I guess that could be the reason but then again I would think they are on a simple respawn rate system as well.....

It's only really Harrowstorms/fishing spots that have special circumstances.

Dolmen respawn based on how quickly players break the other dolmen in the chain. Only one may be active at a time, and they fire in the same order.

I don’t know the system for dark fissures. It seems that they only spawn if someone arrives in close enough proximity, and will despawn on their own if no one engages them after a while. I’m not sure if they have a simple timer, or other additional conditions for respawn.
