Multithreaded Rendering troubles

Enabled Multithreaded Rendering by default is causing a troubles with login. Today I have tried to login on PTS for 30 minutes with an overloaded CPU (100% all time) on the loadscreen, until I was finally kicked to the main menu and I turned off a Multithreaded Rendering. As a Steam user I can't do this before login loadscreen. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.
Please, don't enable Multithreaded Rendering for everyone's system on Live server, it could cause such inconveniences for some players. It is better to allow people with a high PC specs to turn it on knowingly instead of imposing it to everyone.
