What's the point when we can already teleport straight there from our houses? You are simply asking for an extra item to allow that? Further you are asking to only go to 1 other house with that?

Immersion sure maybe, but I don't think it would feel immersive to me, dunno why lol, just a hindrance. One extra button to press to teleport.

You mean like the carts that take to you to craglorn etc? So it would be sat somewhere around a population centre, kind of like "take me home Jeeves." Sounds cool, not that I'm into housing at all, but if it floats someone else's boat.
