I could swear there's supposed to be a twitch stream at 4 p.m. Eastern time on September 30th, which is... now? But Twitch/Bethesda is offline.

Never mind, it's tomorrow, 10/1. Which is weird, because the actual Twitch Channel has something saying that the next stream is 9/30.
I'll leave this up for now, though, in case anyone else is confused about what day it is.
