    Think the snare is a server issue because that snare also effects targets with snare immunity. More of a bug than anything else that's been allowed to persist for a while.

    No that's not a Bug, the devs intentionally allow Leap's snare to ignore snare immunity because it is an ultimate and in order for it to land more often.

    In that case, I want a snare on Incap too. That **** never lands.

    Most gap closer skills like that have an unavoidable snare. It was added in its current form... 3, maybe 4 years ago?

    It's to ensure the skill hits, instead of being stuck in a Benny Hill chase across Cyrodiil

    that has been removed ages ago, only leap still has that snare.

    Oh... be nice if it was included in the skill description or somewhere in the ingame manual found in the help page. Be neat if ZOS included patch notes into the game itself found in the help panel so you can see the entire log of everything that has changed.

    If that were the case.. why did they remove it from every other gap closer, yet they work perfectly fine and they're single target.

    Leap is an aoe, it doesn't need the added snare for it to land because it doesn't need to specifically hit the target you originally aimed for in the first place. Plus, if that was really a concern, you could adjust the skill in other ways to compensate..

    Increase the aoe radius. Decrease the flight time.

    Why can't Leap just aim for where the target WAS, and if they happen to move away from that location, you still have a huge chance to hit them because it's a circular aoe.. and if you miss, shouldn't that be a part of the skill ceiling on it? Do you know how many times people avoid Dawnbreakers by stepping through your character or getting just out of range? They're close to the same cost and similar functionality.

    It really makes no sense anymore, as a DK main or not, you should be against this intended effect (not bug) of Leap snaring people. It's only adding to the jarring stop and go combat ESO seems to support with sets like DC and Rushing Agony.
