You can simply not allocate any CP and duel someone who does the same and follows the general rules of No CP.

That can work for testing skills with builds that you know already work but I also need to be able to test whether or not certain sets are working at all.
The Ravenwatch campaign or a No-Proc version of Imperial City is still required for that.

The list of non cp sets hasn't been updated and none of the new sets fulfill the requirements to unintentionally bypass the Proc ban like some sets on the live servers do.
