No Ravenwatch Campaign on the PTS

Issue is in the title - there isn't any Ravenwatch or No-Proc Imperial City available on the PTS.

I would like to test some builds for this format and am currently blocked from doing so. I'm sure that others would also appreciate being able to test in Ravenwatch. @ZOS_GinaBruno

Any chance that we can get a developer comment on this?

No-Proc testing is at a complete standstill until this gets resolved.

Second this @ZOS_GinaBruno we need a comment on whether or not this is intentional.

Not that I agree with Ravenwatch missing, but in my opinion, if for some reason they only run 1 cyro instance, this PTS cycle needs to prioritize proc. They really need to get Dark Convergence sorted out or it is going to spell out an exodus.

To my knowledge, there wasn't a proc enabled campaign during last cycle. Which, if true, could have mitigated the damage that's already been caused.

Last patch featured not a single CP campaign which also ment it wasn't possible to fully test proc sets this mistake shouldn't be repeated in this cycle.

You can simply not allocate any CP and duel someone who does the same and follows the general rules of No CP.

That can work for testing skills with builds that you know already work but I also need to be able to test whether or not certain sets are working at all.

The Ravenwatch campaign or a No-Proc version of Imperial City is still required for that.

The list of non cp sets hasn't been updated and none of the new sets fulfill the requirements to unintentionally bypass the Proc ban like some sets on the live servers do.

    [snip]

Careful with "Bumping", it's against TOS.

1 – Gain 100 Weapon and Spell Damage and 1157 Armor for each 3-set bonus active on the wearer.

Based on all the working sets and my guess what they do, I see a high chance that this set could work.

So ZOS gives us a new No-Proc campaign and then....just ignores it? I don't know if leaving it out of PTS is intentional or not but we'd like to test in the campaign we play in. This thread has been up for a week now and no dev has commented on it (not even a "this is totally intentional, sorry"). When people say ZOS has terrible communication this is the stuff they're talking about.

Come on @ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_BrianWheeler, @ZOS_Kevin @ anyone_who_cares give us some indication as to whether this is intentional or not.
