Chaotic Whirlwind: Reworked this set's special activate:

It now grants a stack of Chaotic Whirlwind for 5 seconds after casting Whirlwind while in combat, granting 5% movement speed per stack and increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 6 for every 1% bonus movement speed you have, up to a cap of 450.

This effect stacks up to 5 times, and upon reaching 5 stacks the duration doubles but cannot be refreshed.

Looking at the bolded section, I'm a bit confused. I'm probably overlooking something, but if you gain 6 weapon damage per 1% movement speed and you can gain 5 stacks (25% movement speed) wouldn't the weapon damage cap be 150 instead of 450?

Maybe it takes into consideration all the % over 100 that you have not just the stacks?

I was thinking maybe that's the case, too. It would then cap at 450 if you have 75% bonus movement speed.

Haven't tested it myself but it sounds like the "increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 6 for every 1% bonus movement speed you have, up to a cap of 450" is talking about ANY and all movement speed increases you can have.

So if you major expedition it counts as a 30% movement speed increase, translating to 180 weapon/sp damage. 5 stacks of the other part of the set making for 25% movement speed increase adds another 150 weapon/sp damage on top of it, for 330 total weapon and sp damage increase.

Theoretically you can have 100% more movement speed (base 100%, cap 200%) allowing for a theoretical max of 600 weapon/sp damage increase, hence the cap of 450.

Thank you both! I figured if it wasn't a typo, this was the only other possible explanation. This actually makes chaotic whirlwind better than I initially thought.
