-whip costing magicka straight up ruins it for 85% of stamina players, so there is that, noobs that dont really know how ESO works, hybrids, and non competitive stam players might get use out of it, so good for them.
-DK dots still need a plaguebreaker style of effect as they are so focused on duration that is easily cleansed, or at least trade the duration bonus of searing heat passive for further damage bonus so we can at least get a tiny bit more damage out of them before they are simply removed at no effort.
-protective scales needs its cost reduced, like cut in half
-inhale needs its cost cut in half, and the delay before exhale reduced from 2.5 seconds (yup its this long) to 1 second max.
-magma armor needs to have its effect: *limiting incoming damage to 3% of your Max Health* switched out for a health bump similar to vampire lord and bone goliath, being somewhere between 10k -30k respectively.
-stonefist needs a cost decrease or something if your going to just pretend it does not exist, i guess everyone just pretends that earthen heart only has 4 skills. . .
-obsidian shield needs a slight cost decrease or a shield strength bump, major mending was nerf'd ages ago and this skill was never updated to reflect that, its now heavily overpriced for the effects it gives, and needs to either be cheaper or have the effects improved.
