Rapid Regeneration a Self Heal

ZOS please make Rapid Regen a self heal 🙏. Group healers use Rediating Regen. Rapid Regeneration is so inconsistent; more than half of the heals would go to another player instead.

Nobody uses Rapid Regen as a group support skill.
If you need a burst heal there are far better single-target options available and Radiating Regen is your group spammable HoT.
Rapid Regen is just the bad RNG self-heal that certain poor classes in PvP are backed into a corner with, having to take needless deaths and/or waste Magicka on a self-heal whose functionality most other classes take for granted.11 -

Do you use Rapid regen when zerging or the other morph? No group support player would use Rapid regen to heal the group!
I would rather have a magicka morphs of vigor, but you would probably be against that too.5 -

Yeah, why? I have no idea.
Other people proposed to change one morph of Malevolent Offering into a self- burst heal but that ain't gonna happen.
The point is that since stamina can access a generic healing ability, it would be nice if magicka could do so as well, or at least have a resto morph to always target the caster. I'll take anything, really.
