Either they think about it and slow down...or at least the group knows who to blame for the mobs being scattered all over.
And if they die before I get there, you'd better believe I'm laughing over it.

Back in my grouping days in EQ, in my regular guild group the ranger (not a tank) always pulled the mob to the group which took over the aggro, leaving the ranger to head out and line up the next pull. He rarely took part in the actual fights, his job was to pull. If the group was still busy dealing with his previous pull then either he'd kite the next one or the enchanter would mesmerize it till we were ready. Highly efficient!

Respect; but since the world discovered MMOS the tank has pulled. Bring it!
I used to do trials with this leader who would spend so long explaining all the mechanics. We'd get a 10 minute walk through for the final bosses before we started. Just of the one or two people who hadn't done it before. And I'm not talking vet- normal Craglorn trials and normal AS.
You could see me and half a dozen over people getting all twitchy wanting to start it. I always managed to resist the urge. Others didnt.

I only ever pull anything on my DPS that I know I can solo. But I also know how to group them effectively, so when I see a tank not doing that, I sometimes make the pulls to clear some of them faster.

If the first thing you do after port is start running ahead, you're doing groups wrong.
