I noticed that I am unable to Whisper, Chat, Trade, use Guild Stores and so on. I tried opening a Ticket and the number is the one below

I have looked at several threads on this issue, and got suggested to ask for help in here on the matter since i don't think i did anything and must be something "automatic" that flagged my account. ;-)
