Bots - Gathering Bots seem stuck :)

So I logged in today and looked to see what the weekly Endeavor was. Saw that 1 option was 180 Weapon skill kills. So I thought Brilliant, I need to restock up on Mudcrab Chitins and have a ton of empty Soul Gems to fill. Decided to hit up Betnikh and hit the beaches to do this....
What do I see - the usual level 3 gathering bots all seem to be stuck looking at their maps non stop. I see 5 of them and none others running around. So I think to myself, cool something has got them stuck. Went to Stros M'Kai to see if it's the same - yes!
There also seems to be a lot less of them too. So something must be interfering with them that is either kicking them out or has them stuck looking at their maps. Obviously this shows they some how abuse the game via the map system.
This is on PS 4/5 EU, anyone else seeing this and on other platforms?

Paulytnz✭✭✭✭✭Bah as I was typing this up I was looking at 1 of them still looking at his map. By the time I finished posting this I noticed he had moved on. So I quickly did a search around and see a couple back to running/gather. Quickly went to Betnikh and all the ones I saw earlier stuck, running around again....Please support my Quality of Life Suggestions here:
