Huge FPS drop after time

Hi,

I have this issue where the longer I spend on one map the worse my fps becomes. Going down from 60 (with vsync on, from 100 with vsync off) to basically 10-20 given enough time. Participating in group content with others hastens the issue a lot. Teleport to another map or relog resets the fps to normal.

I had this issue for years, assumed it was my old pc's problem, I recently got a new PC, but the issue is still here.

New PC:
Ryzen 7 5800x
Nvidia 3070ti
32gb DDR4 ram 3600/CL18
Samsung 1tb M.2 drive
1080p monitor
New OS - Windows 10
All drivers freshly downloaded and up to date

Further details:
Newly downloaded game client
No addons
Game settings maxed out
Microsoft antivirus
Temperatures don't go past 60°C (140°F)
The load on the CPU is minimal, around 16%, doesn't change over time
The load on the GPU is around 35-45%, doesn't change over time
Ram usage around 3gb, +/- 300mb, doesn't fluctuate further over time.
Doesn't happen in any other game.
I see no issues with firewall.

Any tips appreciated, I have however already tried everything I could think of.

I don't see how that issue relates. Yes, we both have fps issues, but clearly very different causes and different fps issues. My issue is still happening despite changing PC's, OS. My UserSettings.txt and ShaderCache.cooked files are brand new.

My issue is very clearly caused by memory leaks, an issue obviously known for years and never fixed. I even found a years old thread that got addressed by you only to close it because it's "old"... I see the game is still getting preem support...
