Xbox delayed release - Ravenwatch reset?

I wonder if ZoS plans on resetting Ravenwatch when update 31 comes out for Xbox? Now that the date has changed to the 8th of September, the campaign will be a week in at that point, but I'm curious if it's worth putting time and effort into it for that week if they're going to end it early, or if they will plan to just change the rules to no-proc on the day of the patch and leave it go from there for 3 weeks?
