Difficulty of the new dungeon?

Hi guys
I would like to know to wich previous dungeon would you compare the new one?
As a console player im unable to test them on the test server

    Red Petal Bastion is comparable to Black Drake Villa HM, so not too difficult at all (possibly ignoring the last secret boss on HM difficulty)

    The Dread Cellar is quite challenging, it's probably comparable to Stone Garden HM.
