I have the retail CD version of the game and it is fully updated ready to play, and both accounts connected each other I see it under connected accounts here, however purchased DLCs are not shown in game, it still says buy blackwood on character page and btw all the DLC content are in my Steam I can see it there as well, and there is no product codes on The Elder Scrolls Online steam library. I was purchased the Blackwood all, not the upgrade,

what do I do?

You asked nearly the same thing a few years back, just go here, read the answer again: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/361502/non-steam-version-of-game-does-not-have-morrowind-dlc-even-my-steam-account-have-help-needed#latest

Probably still the same situation. You might want to check in with support before you buy things through steam, if that is not where you have ESO.

I tried to copy all the eso files from my retail version to steam eso folder, probably I'm doing a mistake in folder naming because it completes up to 66GB but not 89GB. I will look more,

Do you actually own a copy of the base game on steam?

For the game to launch you need the correct executable, which you'll get by downloading the Steam version. Moving all the files won't work.

You can take your chances running a repair and see if Steam will download what's missing, but otherwise you're better off deleting the other version and re-download from Steam.

Use your steam account to log in, instead if your retail account and eso launcher.

Hello sorry to reply late, I actually redownloaded the whole game on Steam and playing it right now, Steam means I have access to the DLCs, so no problem,

I'm having huge fun being a healer in dungeons, no one talks in chat which is a GOOD thing so we do not have toxic replies everyone stays quiet and doing their job, In world of warcraft I had terrible experience or someone leaves the group within 10 seconds but in ESO it seems all good, at least for now, I'm a low level healer but know what to do with two abilities and that works,

Being a low level healer but know what to do AND no one talks in chat is a HUGE positive to me, I'm looking forward to play it more in future.

Thank you for the update and letting us know you're enjoying healing in dungeons. Since the initial issue is now resolved, we will be closing the thread from further discussion.
