5 – Stunning or Immobilizing your enemy causes them to burst with frost magic, applying the Chilled status effect and dealing 26% of their total Physical and Spell Resistance as Frost Damage to themselves and enemies within 8 meters of them. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds.
This was the thing that caught my eye mostly in the patch notes. Firstly i assume even if you streak 10 players this can only pop once or wow. But its still making me think. With most people running 30k + spell and Physical Resistance. 26% Dmg Seems really high. I know there's more dmg mitigation with the new major protection slottable and battle spirit passive but on my magsorc assuming im placing prey on a target and the execute all i have to do is streak someone for the stun (where u can also ice comet also if u want more burst) and not only does my streak dmg and stun them i'm gonna get a massive burst damage attack off their resistances as well. Plus its heavy so i just have to build for pen really my dmg isnt determined by my own spell dmg. Im not a massive pvp player perhaps someone can illuminate me on why this set isnt gonna be horrible?
