Magma Incarnate – Monster Mask
1 – Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
1 – Adds 129 Stamina Recovery
2 – When you heal yourself or a group member with a single target heal ability, grant the lowest Health group member within 28 meters Minor Courage and Minor Resolve, increasing their Weapon and Spell Damage by 215 and Armor by 2974 for 10 seconds. Daedric Energy will then bounce to a nearby group member, up to 3 times, applying Minor Courage and Minor Resolve for 10 seconds. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.


This is...... such a garbage set? Who is this for? WHAT is this for? And more importantly, what are you planning to nerf into the ground to make this make sense??

    ZOS had hinted that we would be seeing some monster sets to increase Frost and Shock Damage and this is... definitely not it.

    Looks like it's another 6 months to wait (likely in vain...) before the next batch are released.

    ...A Nightblade tank using Healthy Offering? Or any tank with a Self Heal I guess? I don't know really but that's all I've got. Certainly not a healer thing, and clearly just a 4-person dungeon set.

    I mean sure, minor courage is nice??? But yohlnakriin is a fantastic tank set that gives you that already, and it's just about always in even a 4 man group.
    And minor resolve is tied to combat prayer, aka every healers bread and butter skill

    Basically 2 piece Yolna for 4man content with worse uptime...yeah, no. It might have some use in pvp for support but good luck increasing armor when that frost bomb set exists.

    A warden healer running blessing of protection is already providing minor and major resolve to the group with 100% uptime, so yeah, not even in pvp.

    Maybe if it wasn't only single target healing, it might be okay. But how many healers even run a single target heal?
    Hell, even my tanks usually run echoing vigor over resolving.

    Why even put that single target limit on, if it's already going to only hit the lowest health person?

    Yeah, it has a ridiculous proc condition for some really weak, and easily accessible buffs.
