But from the perspective of someone concerned about healthy game balance: This is a poorly conceived solution to the problem because it fails to understand what makes ball groups powerful in PVP, and ignores the underlying incentive structure that overwhelmingly encourages and rewards "farming" behaviors.

I actually think that they’ll remain mostly in medium armor, since Alkosh was buffed and a similar tank set was added that can stack with it, penetration will be no issue. So stamina builds may lose up to 7% crit chance in exchange for some crit damage, but they also have access to some excellent crit sets like Advancing Yokeda, so I don’t believe they are entirely dead.
