ESO Plus subs: not getting free crowns?

ESP Plus subscriber for a while now; not getting any of the advertised free crowns for quite some time. What am I missing? I'd post a snap from my account mgr but this post doesn't support attached images (only a URL).

the_bri_man✭✭My subscription renewed recently and I got my crowns as normal.
One thing to note -- you get all of your crowns upfront when you make the subscription, regardless of how long the subscription term is. So, for example, if you sign up for a year's subscription, you will get a large chunk of crowns at that time, and then nothing for 11 months. Whereas, if you subscribe monthly, you will get a much smaller amount every month.
If your subscription renewed and you didn't get crowns, you should definitely check with support.0 -
