As for the maintenance, it would not be a problem if the event gets extended. It does not matter to me, as me and my wallet are hopping alongside Alucardo, but for the sake of those who were still trying to get their tickets or buy event items, I hope they will be given that chance. A good product is half the money, but showing care for your customers is the other. I have said this before at this forum, and am not afraid to repeat it, as it is important and valid criticism. It has driven me to not renew, despite the fact I have spent a lot on top of sub here, but to look for a new home. However, others wish to stay and need to be treated with care and respect. I feel this is a responsibility a company has to their customers, to make sure the product does well in a competitive market, ready to stand against big new releases, so that people's past investments are honoured. Customer care is an essential part of this, in my view at least. So I really hope players who are missing out due to this downtime will be given extra time.
Seriously it would solve the problem and everyone is happy with no tickets needed for submission. Extent the event for 2-3 days or 1 week1 -

I actually jumped on the thread as soon as I saw to the [Z] thinking we might have gotten an ETA for the servers to be back online.

Maybe if your servers were online more often we'd have less time to post "irrelevant content". It's not uncommon for people to post random things in maintenance threads to help pass the time, but once again we're being silenced. Are you really that intimidated by Aladdin you had to remove my picture?14 -

We all know they wont tell us anything. they never do. We ask ask ask ask and ask, yet they ignore us every. single. time. I have given up reporting any bugs because they dont fix anything or do anything about it. Asking them to give information that they possess is futile. We tell them about game-breaking bugs on the PTS servers before a massive update and yet they let the bugs slip through and introduce new bugs because they dont take the final update on PTS or even test it.
[snip] We have asked for performance improvements in PVP and PVE, what did we get? A performance year that did change the performance, they made it worse. And it has been bad for 3.5 years or MORE.

They should really have two different icons. And clicking on the Z icon should only reveal dev postings. I can think of somebody searching for moderator actions.3 -
