Falling out of the map, stuck forever falling and disconnecting (Another Victim)

I fell through the floor in an dungeon and I am falling forever, well at least for about 20 seconds and then I am kicked from the server for 'spamming'.
/unstuck doesn't work
traveling to another player doesn't work either.
Logging out and logging in, no that doesn't work.

This happened yesterday, could maybe this get resolved today? I just need this character teleported somewhere, anywhere else, a lava field would be better than where I am now.
