Game freezes when logging in

I cannot log in with my main character. I am about 2/3 of the way through the Markarth quest End of Eternity. My character is in the caverns. When I select the character from the login screen it goes to a loading screen of where my character is but it freezes at the point where that screen would disappear and I could start to play my character. I'm on an Xbox Series X running performance. Gamertag is Bickety Bam. Character name is Bamalot. Please get me unstuck. Thank you.

Hello @bicketybam, you may have to clear your saved game data. Please follow the instructions in this article. This will not delete your characters. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Support here.
