AddOns Gone From Charecter Select Screen

Looking for some help - I quit playing ESO like a bit over a year ago because all my AddOns vanished and I can't get them working. This is from the character select screen - all is shows is the titles Addons and Libraries - the rest is blank. I have verified the path and the files and Minion works fine. I made no changes what so ever and the AddOns I had been using just vanished from the Character Select screen. I would like to play the game again but not without AddOns. Please help.

Sounds like a typical "OneDrive" problem.
You could do a file search "UserSettings.txt" and look for the newest file. This is the location ESO is using.

UserSettings.txt matches the path for my AddOns folder - so nothing wrong there:
C:\Users\username\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live

Just to be sure: C:\Users\username\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live\AddOns is your AddOns folder?

Did you white-list C:\Users\username\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live in your Anti-Virus?

It is the correct directory. I will check the antivirus. It was whitelisted as it worked for years...

Be sure to check that C:\Users\username\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live is your only folder with addons. Sometimes ESO creates new add-on folders upon installing new patches or updates.

Also, be sure that the OS isn't protecting your Documents folder.

I whitelisted the folder but that didn't seem to help either. I also added ESO to the exclusions for controlled file access and that last bit did it. Thank you!
