Broken Free Damage with Noble Duelist, Storm Master, Crushing Wall, Undaunted Infiltrator/Weaver set

The Noble Duelist, Storm Master, The Crushing Wall, Undaunted Infiltrator and Undaunted Unweaver sets also give Extra Free Damage on the Dual Wield off-hand Heavy Attack strikes as well like Sergeant's Mail set once did which makes it overpowered free damage in PvP for Nightblades Ganking and even more so with Champion Points like "Weapons Expert", "Master -At-Arms", "Deadly Aim" and "Fighting Finesse" so that's a 35%-50% damage boost to these sets for both strikes of a Heavy Attack among other buffs and we don't have Expert Defender among other things anymore to counter it and it would be nice if these sets were also adjusted to only proc the sets damage on the 1st strike of a Dual Wield Heavy Attack like Sergeant's Mail set was in Patch 6.2.5 please.

All Stam is getting "broken free" weapon damage.
When do we see a nerf for these insane high numbers?
Of course Stam needs no proc sets being raw damage gods.
