Can they be used in housing?

Oh, my, I can't believe I forgot about the endeavors. Yes, that will be of greater interest to me than the companions, although I'm withholding judgment about the companions until after I've played with them for several weeks.

I quit PVP after they cut it down to 19 sets and have just been doing a bit of overland the last three months waiting for them to change it back. Except that it now looks like all U30 is going to do is nerf monster helms, procs sets etc across the board, PVE as well as PVP. Honestly, I'm not sure if Ill keep playing. It feels a bit like we're in one "test" or another all the time and I'm always waiting for it to get back to "normal." I think I've finally realised this is the new normal... Still trying to log in each day but not feeling like doing much beyond daily reward, horses, and maybe an RND to use up enlightenment.
