Templar focus still broken

This was reported several weeks ago. If you cast focus you get the heal/s. If you stand still and cast it again within the current duration you lose the heal. You can get it to come back by leaving the circle and then re-entering it, which is definitely not what is intended. As it stands, this is going to go live, despite bug reports...

If you stand in the circle and reapply the skill before it expires, it should refresh the heal, not stop it. It’s not a toggle, and we shouldn’t have to step outside of the circle and step back in to fix the issue. We are aware of this issue and are working on getting it fixed, though for full visibility, it won't be fixed in time for launch next week. Just for our own information, you mentioned this had been reported a few weeks ago. Did you report it in-game using /bug or here on the forums?1
