No fix to food recov falling off?

I read the latest and last patch notes... but saw nothing mentioned about fixing the issue with recovery on food completely falling off even when the food is still active. Maybe ill just have to go onto the PTS and see if its fixed... but you'd think they would say something in the notes about it...

BrentBlemish✭✭✭✭logged on the PTS and saw my food recov had fallen off but food was still active... which means this was NOT fixed and looks like its going live. great news! cant wait to spam my food now. -_-1

irswat✭✭✭✭I also encountered this bug. Had clockwork filet active but my magicka dropped to 853. I had to eat the food again and the magicka recovery went back up.0
