Thats your problem, your solution is find friends or guildings to play with if you can find any that want to play with you with that attitude.
have you ever thought that these Random people are the ones carrying you?
vMA means nothing with group dynamics....
Okey i have been misunderstood...

Because, just maybe, they are casual players, playing the game for fun.
I've been playing since early access. I have high cp points. I use crafted gear. I don't normally do any group content. I don't really care what damage I do as long as the enemy dies before I do. I do NOT expect to do spectacular damage or superfast times or anything for trials or pledges, especially if I'm in a pug.
If you have expectations of people doing high amounts of damage you might want to look for a progression guild, or a trials guild that enforce "you must do X dps or you can't play with us" rules.

So you have a lot of people doing random dungeons and bg's on all of their characters to get max XP for CP gain. So you may be doing a random with someone's crafter or characters that they haven't developed fully. This probably isn't always the case but I'm sure it happens

Yes i think everyone once asked that question to himself but i asked little wrong sorry why is it hard to farm good gear for you ?

No i ve never been carried but its not the subject here just asking why they cant deal damage getting sets and leveling skills are easy how cant they deal damage im asking

Another option is people trying out new roles,I will take myself as an example I play mainly as healer for group content but the times I changed to DD it was for solo content where I pretty much can do what I want, but when someone needed help for a dungeon or pledges I helped as DD as changing back to healer just for one or 2 dungeons wasnt really needed. My dps wasn't great but I could carry my own weight, for not being used to play as dd i did ok,not great but ok (because I play a sorc and that makes things a loooot easier as I use 2 pets)
Option 3 would be people playing for fun and they don't care what gear they wear or if they deal the greatest dps, what is in 90% of the content not an issue as long as it isn't vetDLC dungeons or vet Trials.
