There should be coding in the game to ensure you don't drop duplicates until your sticker book is full. There were able to do that in other areas in-game. It makes zero sense to force this kind of unproductive grind.
I have to be honest, these stories keep me away from BIS builds. I simply cannot be bothered with this level of crappy coding. I find running some of these dungeons once to be a drag. Running them tens or even hundreds of times? You must be kidding.

@agegarton
What do you mean they were able to?
Still no Medusa inferno staff...
But.
Completed stickerbook for Lamia’ Song set.
Completed stickerbook for Undaunted Infiltrator set.
Only need Medusa Inferno to complete Medusa Set.
Leveled Jewelry from 11 to 50
Leveled Legerdemain from 1 to 8
Made over 100,000 gold in selling items to merchants
ESO RNG at its finest...convinced the RNG in this game isn’t actually equally distributed. Wouldn’t make sense as to why I completed the entire stickerbook for two other sets...
Welp. Hopefully won’t need another 150+ runs. Back to Arx I go...

***update***
Just dropped out of an advanced chest on run 172.
Done with Arx forever.
Running a magblade through arx solo is making the grind slightly more palatable.
Stealth through, nuke gateway bosses, hunt chests at my own pace. Leave, do a sweep on vet to the first gate, rinse and repeat.
