Social ban?

ZOS_RyanM, I could use your help for a social ban that I have been placed on. I can't email, trade, or even talk in Zone chat. I cant even see my Guild bank's I could also use a increased message limit please. Thanks in advance.

Hey... I know Cyp... he has a guild. I have been socially banned for sending guild mail. Please, ZoS help here! He has been banned for a week now... and you know... guildmasters NEED to communicate with the guild!

Here are my ticket numbers. 210429-007311, 210429-007318, 21@430-003474 and the final one is 210430-003559 All these tickets are in the proper order. The last ticket number is the last and most recent ticket.
